                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO
                 (2) LOTS (TAX NOS. 149H-H-024 AND -025) ON
                 PRESTON CIRCLE AT GUNBARREL ROAD FROM SUMITRA
                 PATEL, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. RW-7-96,
                 GUNBARREL ROAD REHABILITATION NORTH OF
                 SHALLOWFORD ROAD, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                 SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($69,000.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of two (2) lots (Tax Nos. 149H-H-024 and -025) on 
Preston
       Circle at Gunbarrel Road from Sumitra Patel, relative to Contract 

       No. RW-7-96, Gunbarrel Road Rehabilitation North of Shallowford
       Road, for a consideration of $69,000.00.
